Refund Policy

14-day refund window
cortex is provided by Parallel LLC. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team from inside the app and we will assist with your request.
After the refund window
After the 14-day window, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellations made after a renewal has been billed will take effect at the end of the current billing period and are not automatically refunded, but you may still contact us to discuss your situation.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
